How to make Homemade cold coffee recipe at home

Sugar free Cold coffee recipe:

Everyone wants some soft drinks during the summer season. If you are tired of eating the usual foods, try a homemade cold coffee now and you will definitely like it. But if you are afraid of gaining fat, let's get rid of that stress. But we will not use sugar in the cold coffee we are going to make, but let's see how to make best iced coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Coffee decoction or instant coffee
  • 6 tbsp natura diet free sugar
  • Ice cube as required
  • 2-3 Scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tbsp melted chocolate

Procedure:

  1. Place a empty glass in refrigerator for cooling.
  2. Take 1/4 cup coffee decoction or instant coffee(If you are using instant coffee then take 1/4 cup water and instant coffee in it and mix it well )
  3. Now add 6 tbsp sugar free natura diet free sugar.
  4. Add 2-3 cup milk.
  5. Grind all the ingredients well. then add 2-3 vanilla scoop ice-cream. It is optional you can avoid ice-cream.
  6. Now take out the cold glass. For decoration purpose you can take a melted chocolate and paint inner side of your glass as you like.
  7. Pour cold coffee into a glass, and it is ready to drink.

Tip:

  1. If you don't want to make coffee with free natura diet  sugar then you can use sugar.measurement of sugar and natura diet free sugar is same as you required sugar you can use natura diet free sugar and vice-vars.
  2. You can use brew instant coffee or any other instant coffee which is easily available in market.
  3. If you want to add any other ice-cream flavors you can add in it. otherwise you can skip the ice-cream if you don't like.
  4. You can use any melted chocolate for decoration as you like, otherwise skip it.

  1. Take a juice grinder, add ice cube, add 410 gram chopped tomato, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp mint, 1/4 tbsp black salt, 1/8 tbsp black pepper.

  • Take a juice grinder, add Carrots 260 g, Beetroots 170 g, Apple 185 g, Ginger 2 tbsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp.

Procedure:
  1. Take a juice grinder, add ice cube, add 245 gram Orange, 160 g Apple, 2 tbsp ginger, 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  2. Grind it until it become fine paste.

Turmeric Ginger Tea:

Ingredients:
  • 2 Glass water
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • Ginger

  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Lemon 

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 2 glasses of water, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and mix well.
  2. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  3. Finely chop ginger and add 1 tbsp chopped ginger.
  4. Finely chop 1 tbsp black pepper and add it to water.
  5. Now chop the cinnamon and add the powder to the water. Add 1 tbsp Jagger powder.
  6. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes and after it gets warm
  7. Strain it in cup, Now take lemon cut it into two part. Squeeze the half lemon in drink.
  8. Stir it with the help of spoon.
  9. Now it is ready to drink.

Streetside Indian food recipe - Kachhi/kutchi Dabeli

Streetside Indian Food:

Dabeli is a street-side food, it is also called Kachi Dabeli. Which is popular in most Mumbai and Gujarat but nowadays it is easily available in any city and affordable for anyone. Which is stuffed with mashed potatoes and tastes spicy and mildly sweet to your taste. It is cooked on Tawa. The best thing about this snack is that it can be prepared quickly, easily, and looks great so anyone can want to taste it. You can eat at any time of the day such as breakfast time, mealtime, snack time, or dinner time. You can make this delicious kachi dabeli recipe to bring together for your family for a birthday party, kitty party, and any small event.


Ingredients: 



For Dabeli Spice:
  • 3-4 Chili
  • 1 tbsp fennel
  • big piece of cinnamon
  • 3-4 clove
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp coriander
For Dabeli stuffing:
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp asafoetida
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger pieces
  • 1 tbsp green chili pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3-4 potatoes
For Dabeli making:
  • Bread
  • sweet chutney
  • garlic chutney
  • Finely chopped pieces of onion
  • spice peanuts
  • pomegranate seeds
  • nylon shave

Procedure:



For Dabeli Spice:

  1. Put the pan on the heat and when it gets hot add 3-4 red chilies, 1 tbsp fennel, a big piece of cinnamon, 3-4 clove, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp coriander.
  2. Roast it for 3-4 minutes until its color changed to golden.
  3. It will also start crackle and it gives out an aroma, do not over roast it otherwise it will burn. 
  4. Then transfer all the ingredients in a small blender and grind it until it becomes a fine powdered mixture.
  5. Now dry spice is ready.

For Dabeli Stuffing:


  1. Now take medium size 3-4 potatoes, boil it, remove the skin of potatoes, and put it aside to cool.
  2. When it become cool then mash it using a masher or using hands.
  3. Heat 1-2 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tbsp cumin in it.
  4. As soon as cumin start crackle add 1/2 tbsp asafoetida, 1/2 tbsp ginger pieces, 1 tbsp finely cut green chilies.
  5. Mix it slightly and add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder next add dabeli dry spice which we made.
  6. cook it for some time(2-3 minutes) do not overcook it. 
  7. Now add boiled and mashed potato, add some salt, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  8. Mix it entire together, add little sugar and 2 tbsp water on top, mix and mash it.
  9. This is soft mixture is almost ready, now add fresh coriander leaves. 
  10. This is the basic stuffing of dabeli is ready.

Procedure for making Dabeli:


  1. Now take a bread (pav) cut it into middle, do not separate it into two parts. Now apply butter both sides.
  2. Toast the bread both sides well on pan. (do not toast it too much)
  3. Spread garlic chutney on one side of bread and spread sweet chutney on another side of bread. Then put a thick layer of stuffing on it.
  4. Spread some finely cut pieces of onion, spice peanuts, pomegranate seeds.
  5. Finally sprinkle some dry dabeli spice and some coriander leaves.
  6. Add some nylon shave on it for crispy taste.
  7. Cover it nicely and taste it.

Pizza Recipe with and without oven

                   If you are one of them who likes something spicy and tasty to eat, you can eat pizza which is our favorite fast food. Here we can make pizza with and without an oven at home. It is quick, easy and simple recipe. Always give preference to home-made foods in place of packed food because we don't know which preservative and other things are used in that food, which is harmful for our health. Homemade Pizza recipe
         

Ingredients:


For the base of pizza:
2 cup maida
2 tbsp Semolina
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast

For pizza sauce:
2 big tomato
1 big Onion
10 cloves of garlic
5 Kashmiri red chilies
1/2 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 tbsp oregano


For pizza:
1 small red bell pepper sliced
1 small green pepper-capsicum
1 small onion sliced
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup boiled corn
60-70 gm mozzarella cheese
some chili flakes and oregano

Easy Pizza dough recipe

  1. Take a bowl add 2 cup maida, 2 tbsp semolina, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp salt add 1 tbsp yeast (This is dry active yeast which can be added directly) If you are using dry yeast then active it in lukewarm with sugar and then brink it use.
  2. Mix it all. Now take lukewarm water for making kneading dough.
  3. Add little water at a time and make soft knead soft dough. (We have required 3/4 cups of water)
  4. Apply some oil to your hand knead the dough 4-5 min until it become soft and even.
  5. Now Dough is ready. we start to make base.
  6. Divide the dough into two-part. Take one part and rotate it around.
  7. take the board, spread dry flour on the board.
  8. Now roll it in circular motion with 1/2 cm thickness.
  9. Now prick the base with the help of fork.
  10. Take a baking tray, grease the butter paper with oil, and place into a baking tray.
  11. Now take the base and place it in the tray for baking. 
  12. In the same way we can make another pizza base from the rest of the dough.
  13. Now keep both base as it and cover with a cloth for 2 hours.
  14. Now preheat oven at 200 degrees centigrade and place the tray in an oven for 5-7 minutes.
  15.  Now the pizza base is ready.
  16. store them in refrigerate once they get frigid completely.
  17. These can be used for up to 7 days if kept in the refrigerator.


Pizza sauce recipe:

  1. Boil all the ingredients in a pan(2 big tomatoes,1 big chopped onion,10 cloves of garlic, and 4-5 Kashmiri red chilies.
  2.  Remove the skin of tomato and grind it all and make a fine paste.
  3.  Now take a pan and put on a gas stove, switch on the gas with medium flame.
  4. Now add paste in oil and stir with a spoon. Add 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder, fry it for a few seconds, add 1 tbsp oregano, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and salt to taste. Mix it well and place it in a bowl.
  5. your sauce is ready.


Easy Pizza recipe:

  1. Take a base of pizza apply pizza sauce on the top layer, spread mozzarella cheese.
  2. Now put boiled corn and sliced black olives, tomato, capsicum and onion.
  3. Put the pizza into an oven and bake it for 10 minutes.
  4. Leave it for cool and then cut it using a cutter or knife.
  5. Your pizza is ready.

  6. Pizza without oven: 

    • If you want to make pizza on a pan, you don't need to bake the base. Set aside for 1 hour after the circular motion and then place the sauce on the pizza base, spread the cheese, add the chopped tomatoes, onion and capsicum.
    • Then turn on the heat and put the pan on it and put a vessel stand in it. Place the plate on that stand and keep the pizza in it for 15 minutes to bake (Otherwise you can place the pan on the heat and put pizza directly in pan)and then check if it is done. It will take you another 5 minutes to make it and then your pizza is ready.

How To Make Moist Egg-less Chocolate Cake without oven.

EGG-LESS CHOCOLATE CAKE                                                                               

Moist Chocolate Cake:

             If today you want to make something sweet, then you can try to make an egg-less chocolate cake, because cake is always a special and all time favorite. There are so many types of cake like Vanilla cake, Ice cake, Chocolate cake, etc. Here we can learn an Egg-less chocolate cake recipe without oven  with very less ingredients. It become very moist spongy and tasty.

    Ingredients:

    For cake:

    • 1 cup maida/ All purpose flour.
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup water.
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
    • 3-4 drop of vanilla essence
    • 3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
    • 1/2 tablespoon normal soda
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    For cake Icing / Frosting:

    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 3 tablespoon unsweetened coco powder
    • 2 tablespoon milk
    • 1/4 cup soft butter
    • A pinch of salt

    Procedure:

    1. Take a baking vessel or any circular steel vessel put the wax paper at the bottom of the vessel, if the wax paper is not available then apply oil to the inner side of the vessel.
    2. Take a pan put it on the gas stove then put a plate or small vassal stand on pan and start preheating it on small heat.
    3. Now take a bowl add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup oil, 3-4 drops vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon instant coffee of any brand (Add 1 tbsp coffee with 1 tbsp water) stair it until all the ingredient are mix.
    4. sieve remaining ingredient, which is 1 cup maida, 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tbsp normal soda. Stair it until all mix well together
    5. When it looks like a cream then add 1 tbsp lemon juice mix it well. Now drop all the batter into baking tin.
    6. Tap this tin to remove bubbles that remain inside.
    7. put this tin on the vessel stand. put dish over it.
    8. Bake on medium heat up to 30-35 min then check it by using tooth peak inserting in it.
    9. If it comes out clean then it is ready.
    10. Let the cake cool down. It will take 10- 15 minute.
    11. Loose the side of cake with the help of knife.
    12. Put a plate over it and flip the tin or vassal.
    Now  backed cake is ready 

    Procedure for Icing / Frosting:

    • Take a bowl and add 1/4 cup soft butter (Do not use cold butter directly from freeze it keep aside for some time)
    • Sieve the dry ingredients in butter such as 1 cup powder sugar, 3 tablespoon unsweetened coco powder and a pinch of salt.
    • Mix all the ingredients well with butter 
    • Now add 2-3 tablespoon milk in it.
    • Again mix it well/blend till all the mixture become fluffy and very light.

    Garnishing of cake:

    • Now take a backed cake and remove a upper layer of cake with the help of knife or strong thread.
    • Take a bowl add 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoon water.
    • mix it well till sugar is dissolve.
    • Now spread this solution on cake to make it moist.
    • take a dish in which you want to put the cake and Line it up with the wax paper to all the sides of dish.
    • Put the cake in dish and spread the sugar solution on other side.
    • Now take the frosting and spread it on the cake evenly.
    • Now put upper layer on it, then spread the same sugar solution and frosting on top and sides of cake evenly.
    • Now decorate it according to your choice such as sprinkle or Harshey kisses chocolate or dry fruit, etc.
    • Now remove the wax paper from all the sides of dish.
    Now cake with icing and garnishing is ready.

    Tips:
    1. As we are making the chocolate cake then lemon juice is very essential for it because it make the cake fluffy and light. When lemon juice is added then it react with backing soda, this is helpful for cake become spongy. So never skip this step.
    2. We make sugar solution by adding it cake become moist.
    3. Always use soft butter if you use hard butter then it is difficult to make the cake fluffy.
