How to make falooda mix at home

Falooda recipe: 

If you want to drink something different and cool then you must try falooda because it is very easy and quickly made and you required very less ingredients. There are so many flavours are available in market such as-Keshar, Mango, Strawberry, Pista, Rose, Chocolate, etc. You can select one of them as you like.

Ingredients:
  • Falooda Mix 4-5 tsp
  • Sugar
  • Milk
Procedure:
  1. Take a bowl add one cup milk and one cup water wait until it boil.
  2. Now add 4-5 tsp falooda mix. Stair it and again boil it for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off the flame put it aside for cooling once it become cool then transfer it into a fridge for 1-2 hours.
  4. Take a glass add some jelly and melt chocolate for decoration on the inner edge of glass.
  5. Now add cold falooda in glass and it is ready to drink.
Tips:

If you don't want to use ready made Falooda mix then you can make yourself. Below shows procedure of making Falooda:
  1. Soak 1 tsp basil seeds in a pot for 30 minutes.
  2. Now take 2 cup milk and put it on flame for boil. 
  3. Take 1 tsp corn flour and add 3-4 tsp milk and mix well. Now slowly add this mixture to the milk and keep stirring constantly.
  4. Add 3-4 tsp rose (any flavour) syrup and mix it well. and put it a side for cooling.
  5. Once it comes at room temp then put it in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  6. Now add 1 cup corn flour and 1/2 cup water and put this mixture on a hot tawa and keep mixing. This mixture becomes thick. Make vermicelli of this mixture.
  7. Now take glass add 1 tsp rose syrup 2 tsp soaked basil seeds, some vermicelli and chilled milk mixture.
  8. your Falooda is ready to drink.

How to make french fries

French Fries:

Here we provide the recipe of perfect homemade french fries. You can also called as finger chips.

Ingredient:
  • Salt
  • Potato
  • oil
  • Water
Procedure:
  • Pour 1-2 glasses of water into the pan and boil on low heat. When the water starts to boil, add a small piece of alum to the water

  • Now take the potatoes, wash and cut them in a straight line and cut the whole potato into straight lines.

  • Once water boil then add the potato pieces into water and boil it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the potato pieces from water and keep it aside for cooling.

  • When it cool down then transfer it into a air pack tin and put it into a freeze for 4-5 hours.
  • Pour some oil into pan and deep fry piece of potato until its color become golden then remove it and sprinkle some black salt or normal salt on it.

How to make palak paneer

Palak paneer recipe:

Palak is rich in iron and this is very useful for our body organs. It is most popular dish with paneer. Paneer is good source of protein. It always gives us full of energy. If you are vegetarian then you should always have habit to eat paneer because it fulfill the protein need to body .

Ingredients:


  • 1 Chopped tomato
  • 2-3 chopped green chili
  • 3 cup chopped palak
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder  
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Butter 
  • Kasuri methi
  • Fresh creme
  • paneer

Procedure:

  1. Place a pan and add 1 tsp oil in it. When oil becomes hot add 1 medium-sized chopped tomato and chopped green chili.
  2. Now take palak washed it and chopped it. Add this in pan stair it for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add little water in it and again cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Now turn off gas and wait for palak cool down.
  5. Transfer it into a mixer jar and make palak mixture.
  6. Now for prepare spice, you can take a bowl add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.
  7. Add some water and make a paste. Heat 1 tsp oil and cumin seed wait for split.
  8. Add garlic paste and cooked it for 1 minute.
  9. Add spice in it and fry this spice for 1-2 minutes.
  10. add palak puree in it and mix well in spice. add some salt and cook it for 2 minutes.
  11. Now add butter and Kasuri methi in it.
  12. Add 2-3 tsp fresh creme(malai)
  13. Add paneer according to your choice. and cooked it for 5-6 minutes.

How to make sambar

Sambar recipe: 


This is a very healthy and delicious vegetable recipe.Sambar is South Indian recipe  eat with Idli, Medu vada you can also eat this with rice. There are so many methods to make sambar recipe but this is an easy method 

Ingredient:

  • 1 cup Toor dal
  • 4-5 Pumpkin piece
  • drumstick 4-5 piece
  • Carrots 7-8 piece
  • potato 4-5 piece
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • Coriander
  • curry leaves
  •  1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • sambar powder
  • tamarind
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp hing

Procedure:

  1. Take a pressure cooker place 1 cup toor dal and 2 cup water ,1/2 tsp turmeric into it.
  2. Cooked or 15 minutes on low flame. When it become cool, then mash the dal.
  3. Now place a pan on low flame and add oil once oil is hot. Add vegetables such as pumpkin piece, drumstick piece, Carrot piece, Potato piece.
  4. Fry all vegetables on low flame for 5 minutes. Soak tamarind in warm water and strain it and add in fried vegetables.
  5. Add 2 tsp sambar powder, 1/2 tsp hing powder, 2 tsp red chili powder and 1/2 cup water.
  6. Stair all the ingredients well.
  7. Add mashed dal into vegetables.
  8. Now take another pan and 2 tsp oil once it hot add muster seed and cumin  and add some curry leaves and add this in sambar. now place coriander leaves.
  9. Once it boil stop the flame sambar is ready and serve the samber with south Indian dish such as Medu vada, Idli, etc.

How to make medu vada

Easy Medu Vada Recipe:

Medu vada is a south Indian recipe. This is a delicious dish and it can be eaten with coconut chutney or sambar but mostly people like to eat with sambar. Medu vada is made from urad dal and this dal is very important for our health such as it protects our heart, Improves digestion, Boost energy, Reduces pain and inflammation, Good for skin and hair.

Ingredients:

For medu vada

  • 2 cup urad dal
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1-2 green chili
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  •  1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns
  • Salt

Procedure:

  1. Wash 2 cup urad dal.
  2. Soak washed urad dal in a bowl for 2 hours if it is summer otherwise soak for 5 hours or you can soak them overnight.
  3. Remove water from soaked urad dal and take some portion of soaked dal & grind it with the help of a grinder.
  4. Make a soft batter and it become fluffy.
  5. Now add 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp green chili, 1 tbsp ginger, Some green coriander leaves, 3-4 chopped curry leaves, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns and salt for taste.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well with the help of a spoon.
  7. Take a bowl full of water. Apply this water on the palm of both the hands.
  8. Now take a small portion of batter and rotate it in circular and make a small ball. 
  9. Put it on palm and make a hole at the center with the help of thumb.
  10. Put a pan on medium heat and add oil in it. When it become hot then slowly, one by one place the medu vada in oil.
  11. Deep fry it on low flame when it becomes golden then change the side with the help of fry spoon or slotted spoon. When you use a slotted spoon you can easily remove the extra oil from vada.
  12. Put tissue in the dish and drain medu vada on it to remove extra oil.
  13. Your medu vada is ready to serve.
  14. You can eat this with sambar or coconut chutney.

How to make moong dal kachori recipe

Kachori is a veg recipe of street food it can eat for breakfast or evening snacks, it is one of my favorite food, it is basically from RajasthanMoong dal kachori recipe can make very easily available and with less ingredients. It has become instant and crispy. Use moong dal and some dry spice grind it with the help of mixer and make filling spice. Fill it into dough and most important is deep fry it into oil for crispy nature. To make khasta kachori recipe see the following procedure

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup maida / all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Green dal/moong dal
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp amchur powder
  • 1/4 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder 

Procedure:

  • Take a cup of maida/all-purpose flour in a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp salt and mix it well

  • Add 2 tbsp butter/ghee and mix it. Then rub it on your hands and mix all the butter/ghee up to it looks like bread cram.

  • Mix a little water and make a soft dough.
  • Put it aside for 1/2 hour and covered with a plate.
  • In a pan, add 1/2 cup green dal and fry till golden. Stir well to make it crispy. This takes about 10 minutes on medium heat.

  • Take it in a mixer jar and add 1 tbsp cumin seeds and grind it in a mixer until it becomes powder.

  • Now place it in a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tbsp amchur powder, 1/4 tbsp cumin powder, 1/4 tbsp coriander powder, 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp salt. Mix all this dry spice.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil and mix with dry spice.
  •  Now divide this dough into five equal size portions (If you have taken 1 cup maida).

  •  Take 1 part of it and give it a round shape and press it on the palm of your hand or you can roll it up to 3-4 inch long, nice and evenly.

  • Put 1 tbsp dry spice into it and grab all the edges together just like paratha and pinch them.

  • slowly press on hand palm up to 3-4 inches or roll it by using a rolling pin. By the same process, you make the remaining four portions.

  • Heat oil in a pan. Heat it and then fry the kachori in it. After 4-5 minutes deep-frying kachori start stale down at the bottom of the pan at that movement you can change the side of kachori.

Tips: 
  1. If you can take 1 cup maida/all purpose flour then you can make 5 kachori.
