Homemade Pizza recipe:
If you are one of them who likes something spicy and tasty to eat, you can eat pizza which is our favorite fast food. Here we can make pizza with and without an oven at home. It is quick, easy and simple recipe. Always give preference to home-made foods in place of packed food because we don't know which preservative and other things are used in that food, which is harmful for our health. Ingredients:
For the base of pizza:
2 cup maida
2 tbsp Semolina
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
For pizza sauce:
2 big tomato
1 big Onion
10 cloves of garlic
5 Kashmiri red chilies
1/2 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 tbsp oregano
For pizza:
1 small red bell pepper sliced
1 small green pepper-capsicum
1 small onion sliced
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup boiled corn
60-70 gm mozzarella cheese
some chili flakes and oregano
Procedure:
Easy Pizza dough recipe:
- Take a bowl add 2 cup maida, 2 tbsp semolina, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp salt add 1 tbsp yeast (This is dry active yeast which can be added directly) If you are using dry yeast then active it in lukewarm with sugar and then brink it use.
- Mix it all. Now take lukewarm water for making kneading dough.
- Add little water at a time and make soft knead soft dough. (We have required 3/4 cups of water)
- Apply some oil to your hand knead the dough 4-5 min until it become soft and even.
- Now Dough is ready. we start to make base.
- Divide the dough into two-part. Take one part and rotate it around.
- take the board, spread dry flour on the board.
- Now roll it in circular motion with 1/2 cm thickness.
- Now prick the base with the help of fork.
- Take a baking tray, grease the butter paper with oil, and place into a baking tray.
- Now take the base and place it in the tray for baking.
- In the same way we can make another pizza base from the rest of the dough.
- Now keep both base as it and cover with a cloth for 2 hours.
- Now preheat oven at 200 degrees centigrade and place the tray in an oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Now the pizza base is ready.
- store them in refrigerate once they get frigid completely.
- These can be used for up to 7 days if kept in the refrigerator.
Pizza sauce recipe:
- Boil all the ingredients in a pan(2 big tomatoes,1 big chopped onion,10 cloves of garlic, and 4-5 Kashmiri red chilies.
- Remove the skin of tomato and grind it all and make a fine paste.
- Now take a pan and put on a gas stove, switch on the gas with medium flame.
- Now add paste in oil and stir with a spoon. Add 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder, fry it for a few seconds, add 1 tbsp oregano, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and salt to taste. Mix it well and place it in a bowl.
- your sauce is ready.
Easy Pizza recipe:
- Take a base of pizza apply pizza sauce on the top layer, spread mozzarella cheese.
- Now put boiled corn and sliced black olives, tomato, capsicum and onion.
- Put the pizza into an oven and bake it for 10 minutes.
- Leave it for cool and then cut it using a cutter or knife.
- Your pizza is ready.
- If you want to make pizza on a pan, you don't need to bake the base. Set aside for 1 hour after the circular motion and then place the sauce on the pizza base, spread the cheese, add the chopped tomatoes, onion and capsicum.
- Then turn on the heat and put the pan on it and put a vessel stand in it. Place the plate on that stand and keep the pizza in it for 15 minutes to bake (Otherwise you can place the pan on the heat and put pizza directly in pan)and then check if it is done. It will take you another 5 minutes to make it and then your pizza is ready.
