Palak paneer recipe:
Palak is rich in iron and this is very useful for our body organs. It is most popular dish with paneer. Paneer is good source of protein. It always gives us full of energy. If you are vegetarian then you should always have habit to eat paneer because it fulfill the protein need to body .
Ingredients:
- 1 Chopped tomato
- 2-3 chopped green chili
- 3 cup chopped palak
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Butter
- Kasuri methi
- Fresh creme
- paneer
Procedure:
- Place a pan and add 1 tsp oil in it. When oil becomes hot add 1 medium-sized chopped tomato and chopped green chili.
- Now take palak washed it and chopped it. Add this in pan stair it for 4-5 minutes.
- Add little water in it and again cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Now turn off gas and wait for palak cool down.
- Transfer it into a mixer jar and make palak mixture.
- Now for prepare spice, you can take a bowl add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.
- Add some water and make a paste. Heat 1 tsp oil and cumin seed wait for split.
- Add garlic paste and cooked it for 1 minute.
- Add spice in it and fry this spice for 1-2 minutes.
- add palak puree in it and mix well in spice. add some salt and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Now add butter and Kasuri methi in it.
- Add 2-3 tsp fresh creme(malai)
- Add paneer according to your choice. and cooked it for 5-6 minutes.
