Falooda recipe:
If you want to drink something different and cool then you must try falooda because it is very easy and quickly made and you required very less ingredients. There are so many flavours are available in market such as-Keshar, Mango, Strawberry, Pista, Rose, Chocolate, etc. You can select one of them as you like.Ingredients:
- Falooda Mix 4-5 tsp
- Sugar
- Milk
Procedure:
- Take a bowl add one cup milk and one cup water wait until it boil.
- Now add 4-5 tsp falooda mix. Stair it and again boil it for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the flame put it aside for cooling once it become cool then transfer it into a fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Take a glass add some jelly and melt chocolate for decoration on the inner edge of glass.
- Now add cold falooda in glass and it is ready to drink.
Tips:
If you don't want to use ready made Falooda mix then you can make yourself. Below shows procedure of making Falooda:
- Soak 1 tsp basil seeds in a pot for 30 minutes.
- Now take 2 cup milk and put it on flame for boil.
- Take 1 tsp corn flour and add 3-4 tsp milk and mix well. Now slowly add this mixture to the milk and keep stirring constantly.
- Add 3-4 tsp rose (any flavour) syrup and mix it well. and put it a side for cooling.
- Once it comes at room temp then put it in fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Now add 1 cup corn flour and 1/2 cup water and put this mixture on a hot tawa and keep mixing. This mixture becomes thick. Make vermicelli of this mixture.
- Now take glass add 1 tsp rose syrup 2 tsp soaked basil seeds, some vermicelli and chilled milk mixture.
- your Falooda is ready to drink.
